This is the first review I have ever written in any capacity, but it would be a grave injustice to Joye and Raptor to not write this. I purchased a T-30 that was urgently needed to perform a project for the PA department of forestry. The freight forwarder never showed up and I was forced to fly to Orlando to pick up the drone at their headquarters. Joye was willing to meet me after midnight to ensure I could drive the drone to Central Pennsylvania overnight for the project. To say her kindness was appreciated would be a massive understatement. Every company strives to provide good customer service, but Raptor redefines the definition of that concept. I personally, and everyone on the AERAS team cannot thank you enough. There will never be a scenario where we use any supplier other than Raptor. Love you Joye and everyone else at Raptor.
