Ceres Air Receives Conditional FCC Approval

Ceres Air Receives Conditional FCC Approval

Following a rigorous, months-long federal security review, our partners at Ceres Air have been granted a rare Conditional FCC Approval. This isn't a routine FCC approval, it’s a specialized validation demonstrating the security of Ceres Air’s supply chain while navigating the FCC’s Covered List requirements.

To the trailblazing customers who believed in this vision from the beginning: his achievement belongs to you. Building a domestic drone supply chain takes time, determination, and investment. When you purchase a Ceres Air drone through Raptor Dynamic, you’re doing more than investing in new equipment, you’re helping build the future of American-made drone technology. Your support helped make this milestone possible, and we’re sincerely grateful. Thank you!

What This Means:

  • Proven Security: Ceres Air successfully demonstrated to the FCC that the covered components within its current supply chain meet federal drone compliance requirements while the company continues progressing towards 100% American manufacturing.

  • Continuous Innovation: While the FCC’s December 2025 changes limited many manufacturers to previously approved hardware, Ceres Air’s Conditional Approval provides a pathway to continue developing and introducing new technology, including upgraded remote controllers, improved flight controllers, and future hardware enhancements as they meet ongoing federal requirements.

  • Looking Ahead: Conditional approval is exactly that–conditional. It requires manufacturers like Ceres Air to continually demonstrate progress toward a fully domestic supply chain. We’ll continue sharing updates as Ceres reaches new milestones on its path towards 100% domestic manufacturing

Thank you for standing by us and being a part of America’s Drone Dominance! See you out in the field.

For those interested in the official documentation, the FCC's Conditional Approvals information is available on the FCC Covered List page.
